Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern custom packaging orders placed with The Cosmo Packaging. By confirming an order, you agree to the terms below. See also our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

1. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are supplier-informed price ranges valid for 14 calendar days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is confirmed only after print-ready artwork, specifications, shipping details, and supplier validation are approved.

2. Payment Terms

• Primary term: 100% upfront payment before dieline setup, artwork proofing, or production begins.
• Fallback term: If approved, a minimum advance covering 100% of production and sourcing costs is required before production starts. Remaining balance is due before dispatch.
• Free sample kits: Complimentary for qualified brands; rush production orders require 100% payment upfront.

The Cosmo Packaging does not fund supplier production costs on behalf of customers.

3. Production & Artwork

Production begins only after approved artwork, confirmed specifications, and required advance payment. Customers are responsible for spelling, colors, dimensions, and material selections approved on the final press proof.

4. Shipping Timelines

• Express Air: quoted based on destination, carton volume, and carrier availability.
• Standard Air: quoted based on shipment weight, customs route, and delivery location.
• Sea Freight: quoted for larger runs where cost control is more important than speed.

Transit windows are confirmed with the quote after QC clearance, dispatch planning, and shipping method selection. Production lead time is quoted separately.

5. Claims & Returns

• Logistics claims (transit damage, wet cartons, carrier shortages): report within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos and delivery receipt.
• Production claims (printing errors, wrong materials, color variance): report within 30 calendar days of delivery with photo and video evidence.

Verified manufacturing defects are corrected or reprinted through The Cosmo Packaging's quality support process at no extra cost to your brand.

6. Sample Kit

The Cosmo Sample Kit is offered free of charge to qualified beauty and wellness brands. One kit per brand unless otherwise approved. Sample kits are for material evaluation only and do not represent final printed production quality. Shipping may be subject to regional availability.

7. Limitation
