Start With The Campaign Goal
Define whether the kit is for a product launch, seasonal drop, media preview, creator gifting, or a limited VIP send. The campaign goal determines the product count, message hierarchy, opening sequence, and level of finish.
Choose Rigid Or Corrugated
Rigid boxes create a premium presentation and work well for high-value sets. Corrugated mailer boxes are usually more shipping-efficient and can still deliver a strong branded unboxing with inside print, tissue, cards, and fitted inserts.
Design The Insert Around The Products
Map the exact bottle, jar, tube, and accessory dimensions before designing the insert. Leave finger access for removal, keep heavy products balanced, and protect glass or pumps from contacting the outer walls.
Plan The Unboxing Sequence
The first visible layer should explain the campaign quickly. Use the lid, insert card, product order, and supporting copy to guide the recipient from brand story to hero product without visual clutter.
Protect The Presentation In Transit
A presentation box may still need a separate outer shipper, corner protection, void fill, or tamper seal. Test the packed kit at its real shipping weight before approving the campaign quantity.
