Free Shipping Support.
Shipping support is included on standard orders. Carton protection, packing, and the delivery route are checked before the final quote so the landed cost is clear up front.
Production And Dispatch.
Production starts only after payment, final specifications, and artwork approval are complete. Standard cartons run in around 7 business days from an approved proof; rigid and specialty builds take longer. Every order passes a quality check before it is dispatched. Rush timing can be reviewed during the quote, but the final route depends on quantity, material, finish, and artwork readiness.
Shipping Coverage.
We ship worldwide. Availability and transit time can vary by destination and local import rules, and any limits for a specific country are confirmed with your quote.
Shipping Carriers.
Orders move with trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS, along with suitable regional services. The carrier is chosen based on destination, shipment weight, and the selected delivery option.
Delivery Options And Timeframes.
Express and standard delivery options are available. The exact timeframe depends on destination, shipment size, and the service chosen, and a delivery window is confirmed with your quote rather than fixed on the website.
Total Delivery Time.
Total delivery time is production time plus shipping time. Estimate it as your approved production turnaround followed by the transit time for the chosen carrier and destination. Both are confirmed on your quote.
Tracking.
A tracking reference is shared once the order ships so you can follow it to delivery. If tracking has not updated for several business days, contact us and we will check the shipment for you.
International Orders, Customs, Duties And Taxes.
International shipping is available, and we can prepare the documents needed for a smooth customs clearance. Import duties, taxes, or customs charges set by the destination country are the responsibility of the receiver unless agreed otherwise in writing. Customs clearance can also add time outside our control.
Shipping Address Responsibility.
Please provide an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Re-shipment due to an address error may carry additional charges.
Partial Shipments.
Large or bulk orders may ship in more than one shipment depending on quantity and packing. When that happens, tracking is shared for each shipment.
Delays And Events Beyond Our Control.
Delivery times are estimates. Customs holds, carrier delays, weather, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control can affect timing. If a delay happens, we keep you updated and help resolve it with the carrier.
Damaged, Lost, Or Incorrect Deliveries.
Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged in transit, short-shipped, lost, or incorrect, report it within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and photos of the outer carton, the inner packaging, and the affected product.
