Order & Artwork Approval.
Order & Artwork Approval Policy.
The steps that confirm an order and lock artwork before production — so what you approve is what you receive.
When An Order Is Confirmed.
An order is confirmed once payment, final specifications, and approved artwork are in place. Until then the quote can still be adjusted for size, material, finish, insert, and quantity. Because each order is printed and built to your approved spec, it cannot be resold as stock.
Free Design And Dieline Support.
Artwork, dieline, layout, and 3D design support are included with your quote. We check color direction, print coverage, dieline fit, bleed, folds, and print-ready setup before anything goes to production.
Artwork File Requirements.
Print-ready files give the cleanest, most accurate result. For best output, please supply artwork as:
- Vector files (AI, EPS, or print-ready PDF) wherever possible
- Raster images at 300 DPI at final print size
- Fonts converted to outlines, or supplied with the file
- CMYK color mode, with Pantone references for any spot colors
- Correct dieline on its own layer, plus bleed and a safe margin for text
If your files are not print-ready, our design support can prepare or fix them before approval. See the artwork guide for full setup details.
Proof Approval.
A digital proof is shared for sign-off before production. Production starts from the approved proof, so what you approve is what is made. Before approving, please check:
- Spelling and grammar across all copy
- Logos, artwork, and any barcodes
- Colors, finish, and material selection
- Box dimensions and the dieline structure
- Quantity and delivery details
Production Timeline After Approval.
Production begins once the proof is approved and payment is complete. Standard cartons run in around 7 business days from an approved proof; rigid and specialty builds take longer. Rush timing can be reviewed during the quote, but the final route depends on quantity, material, finish, and artwork readiness.
Changes After Approval.
Once a proof is approved and production has started, materials and print time are committed and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. Please confirm every detail at the proof stage and raise questions before approving.
Quality Check And Reprints.
Every order passes a quality check before dispatch. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, a print error against the approved proof, the wrong material or size, or a short quantity on our side, we make it right with a free reprint of the affected units or a fair resolution. Missing quantities confirmed as our responsibility are reproduced at no cost. Please raise any claim within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and clear photos. Full detail is on the returns & refunds policy.
Physical Samples.
Samples let you check material, finish, insert, and fit before committing to a bulk run. The sample cost can be credited toward your production order when an approved sample moves into a confirmed order within 30 days. Start with a sample kit.
Color And Tolerances.
Slight variation between screen and print, and within agreed production tolerances, is normal for custom packaging. For critical color, supply Pantone codes, set artwork in CMYK, send high-resolution files, and request a physical sample before the full run.
Delivery.
Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and chosen service, and is confirmed with your quote. See the shipping policy for dispatch, tracking, and international details.
